The electric chain hoist is a type of small lifting equipment. With an electric trolley, you can walk up and down the I-beam, usually in four directions: up, down, left and right. Most of TOYO's electric chain hoists adopt a three-phase design, with a lifting range from 1 ton to 5 tons, with single-speed and double-speed options. They also provide low-headroom electric hoists, as well as electric trolleys.

Structure

1. Our shell is made by Aluminum alloy die casting forming, the protection level is IP55.
2. TY1 and TY2 use Schneider components.
3. TY1 uses side magnetic braking technology, TY2 uses electromagnetic braking technology
4. TOYO uses Fec Japanese chain.
5. The hook adopts quenching heat treatment technology and has 4 times the breaking pulling force.
6. The standard handle is comfortable to hold, has simple buttons, and is easy to operate. It comes with an emergency stop button, and a wireless remote control can also be purchased.
7. There are upper and lower limits. When the hook rises or drops to the top, the spring automatically protects it. The limit device can be adjusted according to the height of the customer's lifting goods.
8. Environmentally friendly design, for example, individual parts are made of asbestos-free materials and nylon plastics, which absolutely comply with EU standards.
